Delete Your Account

Trail Signal (Android app & trailsignal.uk) — operated by Usefulish Ltd

Deleting your account is permanent. All routes, recorded tracks and GPX files stored on our servers are erased immediately and cannot be recovered. Uninstalling the app alone does not delete your account.

Delete in the Android app

Open Trail Signal and make sure you are signed in
Tap the ⚙ Settings icon
Scroll to the Account section
Tap Delete account and confirm

Delete on the web

Go to trailsignal.uk
Open the account panel (person icon, top right) and sign in
Choose Delete account and confirm

Can't sign in?

Email admin@usefulish.uk from the email address associated with your account and we will delete it for you.

What is deleted

Your sign-in account (Google / Firebase record)
All routes, recorded tracks and uploaded GPX files stored on our servers
Your contributor identifier is removed from the community coverage data

What is retained: anonymised, grid-aggregated signal readings you chose to contribute to the community coverage map contain no account identifiers, timestamps or device information, and cannot be linked back to you; these aggregate map cells remain. Nothing else is kept.
